卖的时候好办，主要是买，因为oversold 可能变得更oversold，所以接飞刀的时候，很难找到那个点，右侧操作看到反转再买的话，这种gap down的反弹经常昙花一现， 不留神就错过了。
不容易。

I totally agree.  Catching a trade at an oversold or overbought level is like catching a large butcher knife with a bare-hand.  It's very difficult to make some good profits out of this method.  That said, I still do it sometimes with itchy fingers when I get bored.     But I would NEVER use more than 5% of my portfolio to catch such trades because I won't get emotional if it's a losing trade.  Yesterday is an example when I used ~$500 to purchase PUT twice with expiration on the same date believing that intraday market was way overbought.  I lost $140 for the 1st trade (not including commission) when I stopped out as market kept shooting upward.  I made $300 for the 2nd trade when I got out quick enough before market shooting upward again.  If I was greedy to hold for 10-minuter longer, the 2nd trade would become a losing trade quickly.

The bottom line is that it's never profitable to trade based solely on OS or OB level.

basically you have to watch 5 min chart closely  and set tight stops. indeed, hard to do.
