Who else is disappointed today?

NDX is aside, SPX currently is lower than yesterday's high after the "news", and RUT is unable to make a higher swing high.

I'm debating on holding or exiting my ST positions at eod.

Why exit ST longs?

US indicies are filling the gap on OE day, nothing specifically shows weakening sign.

Besides, the Nikkei 225 Futures looks in belief of hope,  almost an island reversal in past 4 days.

　　其三，各国纷纷检讨甚至暂停核能计划，甚至让核电站停产，短期内势必加大全球能源供应压力，由于此前中东北非局势已大幅拉升国际油价，以油价飙升为标志的能源危机，恐怕成为全球今后一段时期内亟待解决的最紧迫课题之一。

这只是个数字游戏。日本也是迫于国际舆论压力， 调整了事故评级而已。

现在最大的利好是有了外接电源，如何冷却现在只是战术问题了，技术上应该是可以控制的。
