FAZ 120, XLF has to be less than 4, and XLF has to drop like everyday.

Even if XLF drops to 4 finally, if in the middle for just some days like XLF up 10%, to meet your 120 target, I guess XLF has to be <2.

It is mathmatically possible, why?

Assume on average, XLF down r (%) everyday in next 6 months.  To make FAZ goes over 120, we need:

(1 + 3r) exp (6 * 30) = 120/8 = 15

Then how much you need for the value of r?

r = 0.5%

0.5% ?  Hum, it is really hard to get that I believe, :).

If I remember it correctly, FAZ's market cap was usually a couple of hundred mil.  Check it out how much it is now.  Almost trippled the total value.
