20 year cycle is critical in Gann Theory. e.g. 1982 Low + 20 Year = 2002 Low. 1987 Panic + 20 = 2007 Crash. Other important cycle such as 10 year, 60 year.  Smaller cycle like 5 year, 7 year, etc. ...
