This morning on CNBC,  Dallas FED president Fisher already made some statement -

FED has done its job in term of monetary stimulation policies with QE1,2.  

Now it's out of FED's hands to stimulate capital spending of American companies which will lead to more hiring and business recovery.  Liquidity is more than sufficent to support the economic recover, so there won't be further needs of QE.  Fisical stimulations is even crucial here.

In simple words  - 'FED has done an excellent job with QEs,  now you have to blame someone else if the jobs still don't show up.'

Though I hate QE2, but it might just well needed at the time. It was aimed for lifting sentiment than anything else.

Ben will likely to say something similar.
