HELSINKI—Nokia Corp. on Tuesday unexpectedly made a return to the consumer market it abandoned when selling its handset unit to Microsoft Corp., announcing a new Android-running tablet set for launch early next year.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--Toyota Motor Corp. has priced its new fuel cell vehicle, a midsize car called the Mirai, at $57,500 before tax credits and will offer a $499 a month lease.

The pricing makes the 300-mile-range vehicle competitive with the Tesla Motors Inc. Model S electric vehicle, which can be purchased for $81,000 with a 265-mile range battery. The fuel cell vehicle is eligible for a $4,000 federal tax credit.
