在数学中,有一个乘法原则可以完全解决这个问题。假设三个互相独立的程序的错误率分别为30%、40%、30%,这都是很普通的并不出色的程序。那么由这三个程序组成的程序组,其错误率率就是30%×40%×30%=3.6%,你的正确率高达96.4%.

错误率 + 正确率 != 100%, therefore, both wrong!
However, the relative relationship between 错误率 and 正确率 is actual right, only the values are wrong.
2) How to make them correct? Easy! normalize it, make 错误率 + 正确率 = 100%
错误率 = 3.6 /( 3.6+29.4) * 100% = 10.9%
正确率 = 29.4/( 3.6+29.4) * 100% = 89.09%
Now, 错误率 + 正确率 = 100%
3) That is the meaning of ranchgirl's formula, if you did not understand it before, you should understand it now.
