If you use stop buy / sell as entry / exit, better trade ES. SPY is much easier to manipul ...

indicators are lag or misleading for DT...
inidicators might be good for DT swing, which I am still very bad..
I have 20EMA as only indicator for a bull/bear reference line for DT
