嗨，蛇老大，酷老大，笨熊我今天遇到一件有趣的事，不知咋办？不知你们有否经历过，今年初我hold3000手的LEA，但LEA倒闭后我没管它， 几周前听说LEA要重新上市， 我见我的BROKER把LEARQ变成了LEA，我就等他重新上市，今天LEA重新上市，开盘就64.00， 很很激动了一阵，然后卖掉，换成满仓的short。几个小时后BROKER打电话来说：你爆仓了， 你卖掉的LEA不是你的LEA。 你拥有的是OLD LEA， 价值2分每股，你卖掉的是NEW LEA。 值65.00 每股，你必须把3000手NEW LEA买回来平仓， VERY SAD。 这种情况我有什么权利，我该怎么作？谢谢！

disagree, the AH data is just delayed intraday trades. some rare case, data errors.
Nothing magic.

Just found something interesting. Out of the last 11 Mondays, 9 were up days, and most of them were huge up days.

how can you sell 3000 LEA at 64 at the first place? If I understand it correctly:
1. you sold 3000 LEA at 64
2. you then short 3000 LEA at 64

I do not know other broker, TD and ETrade the sell and sell short order are different.

Plus, it is still at 64, so if you cover it, you lose nothing!

So there is a high likelihood that next Monday could be up. Also if the gap is not filled today, Cobra said it would probably be filled next week. And next week is a pre-holiday week, with light volume, big swings etc.

If your loss  is not too deep, get out of it. I don't see any sign of weakness of POT from the chart. Hopefully, you didn't play any put option on this one.
