    It appears the market is forming a short term top, and a couple of days consolidation here is healthy for both short term bears and mid/long term bulls. Just my 2c.

    exactly.

But it is hard to tell,

say go to 1250 by end of March, then drop to 1140,  you can that is a 10% pullback.
or drop to 1140 then go to 1250.

not sure if there is a big difference.

VOL is small,  so far no selling pressure yet.
