我昨天确实是减LONG仓加HEDGE的.

除了你说的情况,还有: 很多去年初抄底的已经或者将要满一年，可以卖了按长期投资交税了。
CRUISER也提到过. 我听不只一人说了要SELL 去年抄的.

that's how i do it.
I have 2 different booker house account, one is long term holding, one for trading.
In the long term account,  I am holding aapl which I brought in march last year, and I don't want to sell, because tax benefit, so since last month I am short selling aapl in my trading account to
hedge that position.

我是说每天小赚是可行的。我不是职业trader, 我只用一点时间来做，而且我持股一般不超过1小时，今天是因为下雪不想去单位了，看不好就不做，有时候一天只挣200块。

I just do not want to believe the fx mkt volatile so dramatically, it reminds me of last spring when gbp hit 1.37xx... when fx mkt behaves like this, i feel really uncomfortable to hold any long position even for my favorite stocks like cme, v, xom.....

今天so far VIX不买帐，开盘以后就一路跌，表明大家都觉得这是个抄底好机会。我现在看不清方向，按理要填空，现在就该填了，到现在还没有，那今天希望就不大了，此外，还是没有TICK -1000的readings，所以TA wise，应该还继续跌。但是so far目前感觉selling pressure并不大，如果收盘再收个空心红棒棒的话，就又要反弹了。总之，no idea，看今天怎么收盘吧。昨晚也说了，3点钟有个cycle due，是不是说收盘前大反弹？No idea。
