Red FOMC usually followed by another red day until recently, no apparent edge anymore.

Also whether today would be in red, still is a question.

今天不涨是因为阿根廷有一批主权债务有违约可能。目前的状况是有投资者买了一大笔阿根廷不能按面值偿付的到期主权债务，他们要求比其他投资者更高的偿付。关键是要是答应他们，就意味着别的投资者会让已经谈好的偿付比例作废。

今夜12点是谈判截止期。谈成的可能性还是大些。所以没有多大恐慌。
