房贷更改后，多数还是End of foreclosure.

现在的房市，完全靠Bargain hunter在支撑。占了半壁江山。
银行卡住Foreclosure，不上市流通，根本就没有足够买家。

刚刚看过一份资料，目前Foreclosure的数量，超过银行卖出的Bank Owned Property的数量。银行手中的房子，只会越来越多。

湾区的一个社区，每个上市的房子，不是Bank owned，就是Short sale。你想找Regular sale的都没有可能。因为整个社区，House value都Underwater。
