"贴现率"是refer to FED FUNDS RATE?  Decision about FED FUNDS rate 不是只在FOMC MEETING 宣布么?
上次盘后公布DISCOUNT RATE CHANGE,就是为了区别与FOMC FED FUNDS RATE.

2004年6月加利息,FED 提前半年,~1-2月开始放风
我相信这次也不会例外,FED会给MKT打很多预防针.
