European bond buyers are very positive on the ECB plan, but stocks buyers are now chickened ...

So far the most bullish is still GOLD.



The long should have been established at 1695 @ ~9am Tue after back testing the 1691 level. You can use the 15m chart to fine tune the entry point, though I find the use of 4h chart far more reliable for trend and pattern analysis.

Of course waiting for a bar to finish is very crucial, which led to my previous decision to abandon the long entry in CRUDE as shown below, which made a far deeper pull back.



Now CRUDE is recovering, need to see more strength.

As of today, the long entries in bonds are also off.

Bond traders are backing off ... ZB formed a bigger double top, with target to 150, eliminating the gain after Ben's speech. ZN is weaker, consolidating above a key S/R from last new months ...
Of course, you can also say they are both forming bull's flag.

After a round of chart reading of futures and forex, it seems that most traders are having a positive view of the ECB news from tomorrow.

Anyway, this is like those FOMC days, let's just enjoy the shows while keeping our powers dry.

/ZB这里看不清楚了，1. 日线图头肩顶的右肩？
2. 4小时图的熊旗？不像，因为反弹已超过旗杆的78.6%。
3. 或者是个小牛旗？
1和2是一回事儿。其实我心里倾向于2，但现在要等等看。

Okay, a good week for ST: both GC and ZB 100% targets are met!. Will reassess in a hour when going to the office.

Stocks are very bullish. Will add 1/8 more position in the intermediate-term account, apparently with the EOD price, i.e. leveraged IWM fund.

Don't understand the action of CL ... in the risk of forming a complex top ...

Let's see whether GC can hold 1699, the breakout level. I have to say the ECB plan is not the greediest.

All the breakout gains in bonds are gone ... both ZB and ZN are consolidating at their respective S/R level. Apparently tomorrow's NPR will potentially be the driving force, either up or down ... Anyway, can't buy the dips any more since the overall trend is now down unless a higher high can be printed.

It seems though other assets are not as hyped as stocks ... need to wait and see tomorrow's follow through before committing more fund in my intermediate account ... so I have canceled my plan to add another 1/8 of long in the intermediate-term account ...

EURO should be up if the market perceives this is good for the economy in the EURO zone. This is because the operation does not inject net liquidity into the system.
