那样房贷利率马上就上去了，房市不可能好转的。巴马苦心搞的一系列刺激房市计划全都要打水漂了。所以利率绝对不能上，国债一定要有人买。不过就是不知道，中国这样的冤大头现在也不买了，FED还能卖给谁？真是自做虐，不可活呀。
