You can't find this info nowhere,  just some common sense market analysis, and news & reports you can find all over the place.

let's put in this way:

Trend  - if commulative buying  >  selling   --->  Market is in up trend.
Trend  - if communlative selling > Buying  ---> Market is in down trend.

No 2nd guess, no illusion, no bias.  You can imagine the market in trend favors you,  but only it happens when the fact support it.

If you are not day trading,  just forget the 5min charts,  just check the 15 / 30/ 60 min charts.

A lot Wall St. analysts are leading the market into the wrong way  -  based on a growth rate of more than 10+% on average of SP500, and say the stock valuation is cheap is totally wrong.
Because to value the future cash flow of an enterprise,  it's the long term average growth rate should be used. And it's alway a single digit pct% figure.
