昨天的我看到了，但是最终CPCI不够高。看今天，CPCI > 2或者左右，那顶的证据就又多了一个，短期还是要回调。

Interactive broker, 2008年我还没在那里开户,听别人说SHORT 什么都借的到的. (除了一段时间黑名单上的不准SHORT的)
2009年开户后,也没发现什么时候借不到的.但KEEP IN MIND, 2X, 3X ETF的MARGIN REQUIREMENT 也是2X,3X的.

the market is not that bullish.
If you buy break out, you got trapped every time. This is not strong bull market behavior.
