Today could be a buy dip day. It could be the beginning of Santa Rally.
Financial is legging due to Ireland, banks, and inside trading probe.
VIX still inside rang bounced.
Most indices closed in dragon tails with lower volume.

Both COMPQ and INDU will try to break up the April's high again soon.
