Fed proposes reforming credit card practices Friday May 2, 3:23 pm ET WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Federal Reserve on Friday joined other U.S. banking regulators in backing new limits on certain billing practices by credit card companies. The Fed approved a proposal that would generally prohibit credit card companies from increasing the annual percentage rate on a customer's outstanding balance. It would also ban companies from using prior billing cycles when calculating the amount of interest charges in the current cycle, a practice known as double-cycle billing. The U.S. Office of Thrift Supervision and National Credit Union Administration already approved the same proposal. All three regulators said they hope to finalize the rule by the end of 2008.

Hope you're right. I am deep under water in MA. It's so interesting that V. wasn't luring money away from MA, on the contrary, V and MA are complement each other. MA has reported doubled recently its revenue without increase of default. I am scared.

V我是在ER前进入的，所以现在还不慌。但是看着利润减少，总是不会太爽。

不过如果真是由于消息引起的，我觉得价格在下周还是会回上去的。我上次操作GRO就是这样的。我4.25进的，然后有报道说有人告公司。结果股价第二天大跌，跌破4元，到3快多。然后我就止损出局了。然后第三天，GRO就从3快多上涨到接近5快。
