You are right. I regret that I sold my IWM JAN 74 CALLs too early today. Although I think there is still more upside room, I dare not to chase high and buy back now.

today's VIX performance suggests yesterday's market drop was a bear trap and today's rally is not a bull trap.

explanation:

in every swing up, for a same indicator reading level, the price level escalated when the indicator reading of internal strength turned lower; for a same price level, the indicator reading of internal strength escalated when the price level turned lower or higher.

the clock is still early now. So I guess there is still more upside movement to come later today.

But I decided to stay sideline for the rest time of today once I got out of market. If I had not sold my long positions, I would stay in the market till today's close. I guess next Monday will continue rallying.

Now both DIA and QQQ have filled yesterday's gaps. DIA and IWM have also made daily higher high above yesterday's HOD now. Any bears still want to stop this year-end rally train?

CNBC said :   S&P had said will downgrade europe AFTER the summit.  now the summit is over, S&P could downgrade europe next wek.
CNBC also said: today option action is removing protection now that the summit is over.

today's SPY 5min chart is 5-wave pattern as I forecasted earlier this morning. Now 5 waves have completed or is near its end.

wave 1: 123.95-125.58=1.63;
wave 3: 124.98-126.08=1.10;
wave 5: 125.60-126.37=0.77 or maximum 125.60-126.70=1.10 because wave 3 cannot be the shortest one.

So bears may short @SPY 126.37 or 126.70.

However, after a shallow pull back, there will be another 5-wave upleg next Monday. Therefore the expected pullback will be a good entry chance for bulls.

多谢，short term的long全出掉了，今天就到此为止了，不会开short仓位了。
