NAZ really weak.
mkt weak on ER warning, TXN, INTC, CAT.  
eco data is good, my friend at UPS also told me UPS shipping volume significantly increase.  so JANUARY I expect most company still report good earnings.

SPX, so far couldn't break up 377MA. likely keep moving down.

btw, all FAS, TNA and ERX are black bars. weak enough.
