proprietary indicators had pointed to the need for the market indices to execute an uptrend pause to correct the acute overbought state brought on by the DJIA’s 300+ point rally on Tuesday. Now the indicators are signaling the rally should resume, showing enough momentum to reach DJIA 12,300 before the end of 2011. As was noted yesterday, the S&P500 index is expected to rise to 1,260.

VIX at five-month lower. last ten days, VIX in red 8 days.
SPY over 200MA (SPX is under but around 200MA)

Ironically, breaking up 200MA is a sign of market pull-back.
