If 打破头地抢,
I would buy it as early as possible. Later when you find a better one or more $$$, you can re-sell this one and move into the new one.

I like to do something like remodling...it is fun. :)  

我挺佩服自己能remodling 房子的人,既不嫌麻烦,动手能力又强,还可以随意打扮自己的房子.

房价贵的地区似乎越老的社区越贵。of course the newly built houses in old neighborhood are more expensive

来close这个thread, I didn't get the house. the seller got 8 offers in 5 days, and 5 of them are 100K more than the oringinal offer. and 2 out of 8 are cash offer with inspection waved, which significantly higher than mine. ( mine is 100K more than oringial offer already ). .

the agent was guessing, the two offer either from chinese people or a british columnbia Canadian.
