Agree. RUT is too weak. Many of my scoped stocks are red.

yesterday was not real action, just a sign of breaking-down support.
Today's TLT action is real: higher vol and gap down. MM are exiting from TLT market. I mean MM's real action to yesterdays' FMOC.
Remember, TLT was moving up from $90's months ago. hence It could be back to where it started.
