the up swing since 2009 had three up legs and two down legs so far.  The up legs are getting smaller and smaller, while the 2nd down leg bigger than the first down leg.
Suppose we are already in the third down leg, this leg could take us to spy 120 if drop as much as the one in 2010, and spy 112 if matching the one in 2011.
