quick update: ST remaisn SHORT

If you look at VIX, there is not much panic in the market now. Looking forward ES to break down 1414 / 1410 to create panic before bounce up.

you could be very right. I only look at SPX/ES for signal. Anyway, there is even no signs of building up longs.

i agree, market is too calm, i wanna see VIX go beyond BB band, much more safe to long then.

down to 1400 would be good or 1380 is even better.

but loaded very small positions of SPXL today.i usually will regret buying too little, so market might be up tomo....

The trend on the time frame ST officially is still DOWN. However, I sense a reversal is not far away. As I always like to pre-act on this account, I have unloaded the SHORTS and built up bullish positions.

ST: DOWN, but a bullish reversal is pending

Laoda, I really don't know  

I just try to mechanically and strictly follow the signal given by a ST system. Its strategy is to trade on the left side of the turning point and catch the reversal, which could be very risky as you know.

In fact, I think the market more likely would consolidate around here for a couple of days, and then broke down to scare most traders to the hell. Another possibility is surging up right here. Either way, I believe at least buying here is not gonna lose money. Some patience and calming-down could be useful though.

thanks for your interest. However, it's not a single or multiple indictors to release pure signals. I have to be involved with analysis. So it's a very subjective process now. I am still working to make it more objective.

Hopefully someone listened and took the "sweet deal" I mentioned on last Friday.

The dip in the morning was another good chance to load bullish positions, which I also predicted in the Futures discussion thread  

The dip in the afternoon was the 2nd chance, much less appealing though

Anyway, the bulls have reversed the tide and pushed close to the first defense line now.
