Getting invited to job interviews is really good news for job seekers. That means you have prepared a great resume and sparked the interest of your prospective employer who now wants to learn more about you. Now it's your show time, you need to persuade the employer that you have skills and interest to do the job, and that you can work well with their organization.

Interviewing is basically a conversation which provides you and the employer a chance to exchange information and to know more about each other. Your goal it to sell youself in the interview, while interviewers are like doing quality control job and want to get answers for the following four questions before they can pass you:
Do you want the job? Your interests directly afftct your productivity in your work. You need to convince the interviewers that you're interested in the position, the company, the field and the location. Can you do the job? Although you resume may have already answer this question for you. But now it's the time for you to elaborate on your qualifications, use examples and numbers. Will you fit in the organization? The fact that you have the interests and skills needed to do a job doesn't always means that you'll get the offer. Every company has its own corporate culture, you need to demonstrate that you can get along well with other coworkers and can adapt yourself in this culture. Do you have the motivation? Most employers want you to take care of yourself and be self-motivated. You can show your motivation through your enthusiasm, your knowledge about the job, company and industry.
