准确地说， VIX 是和OI 正相关。 也就是说牛熊在某个区段都能把VIX整High（or higher high）了。

所以我们经常看到， 指数跌，VIX不涨反跌，or vice versa.

当然， 常见的还是在两端，N浅M深的时候，那就是... 你懂得~，不懂问白菜或面瓜
