SENTIMENT: UP
1）         同昨天类似，今天一天VOLUME 不高, 但是涨幅可观。
可总结为SELLING PRESSURE IS FURTHERED LOWERED WHILE BUYERS ARE GRADUALLY BACK
INTO THE MARKET.

2）        从TA上看，空头今天十分萎靡，而且许多邻域还有继续萎靡的空间（比如TECH），并且正在往那个方向前行。

3）        从盘面上看，RALLY IS EXPANDED FURTHER INTO MORE AREAS SUCH AS RETAIL WHILE OLD LEADERS SUCH AS EMERGING MARKET AND ENERGY MAINTAINS THE MOMENTUM.  所以多头今天的牌比昨天更好了点，而且盘中未显示超买迹象。

RECOMMENDATION:
1>        逢低可买 (BUT ONLY FOR TRADE, NOT LONG TERM HOLDING.  MARKET IS STILL IN THE BARGAIN HUNTING PHASE.)

2>        做空太早,得耐心等，不等到TA真显示空头又有MOMENTUM 或多头显示WEAKNESS之前，看着就行了，在真跌之前，牛熊还会挣扎一下。

Today already expands into retail.  Tech is on the way.  If tech truly breaks out from here, then we may see new high in the market.
Before tech actually breaks out, I will only be cautiously bullish.  Being bearish would be an uphill fight at the point.

Well, ok, fundamentally.

1> The traders start realizing Britan is not breaking up from EU immediately, it will take 2 years. So, within 2 years, EU would be still there.  No country will officially leave.  
     So, there is still chance Britan might vote coming back to EU in the next 2 years if they realize they did not make the right choice the first time.

2> Meanwhile, the calls for voting to break away from Great Britan already signal what refrendum actually means to a country - which is, instead of breaking away from EU, the country itself might break up first.
     And that would be disastrous.  And people in every other EU country sees this now, that would be calming the voices of referendum in other countries and avoid more referendum to come.

3> Again, bargains after the knee-jerk crash:)

good try, not good enough to justify both logic. It's unknown to me so far, let's just watch how it play out first.

the reason behind could be British FTSE made back everything from its loss, so US can't be left behind, so this is a catch up play, although it's too late to know.
