two different options for SRS Jan 50 Call

one is UGMAJ and the other is SRSAJ with same expiration date.

However the price different is about $2.5-3. For UGMAJ, it says "$456.66 cash in lieu of shares, 100 shares of SRS"

Can someone please explain the different for me?

As far as I understand, this is caused by the fund's distribution last month.
