Volatility Skew indicator for next several expiration dates implies volatility won't pick up until SPY, which vertical grey line indicates the current price, trades above 219.00 to 220.00
In the meantime, maybe SPY is trading in a range as Cobra suggested. A good strategy for now is to wait for SPY to hit either both ends so you could buy calls/puts. Else, try to buy some strangles/straddles to see if you could make some profits if you can't track market all the time.
