风险越高，回报越大，可不要忘了，反之亦然。 如果你觉得你的仓位没有多到让你晚上睡不着觉，就是你放弃了太多的赚钱机会，就大错特错了。

坛子里的老大对风险的承受能力和你很可能是完全不一样的，盲目跟进，不设止损，不能见好就收，都是大错。

止损止损止损！ 如果你不止损，你就不会有capital作下一单，很简单的道理。

If you are at loss, calm down, cut it, and move on.

Don't play with the money that you can't afford to lose, ever.

Maybe we should all ask ourselves:

What's the maximum I can afford to lose, on a percentage of capital basis?
What's my stop out? When should I take profit and run, regardless what I think the market is going next?
What's the size of my positions and why?
Why did I pick this stock at this price? What's my conviction level?

有多大本事，就办多大事。目前我们青蛙， 如果不是准备充足，且对大势也没有充分理解，不必下大赌注。就算你这次赌中了，坏毛病行成了，以后更危险。心态正确，操作才能失误少。

炒了两年，几乎从不止损。可以这么说，只要对自己入点有信心，钱都能回得来。现在赢利40%.
所谓及时止损，只会让自己输的越来越频繁，而且越来越对自己的判断力没有信心，从而恶性循环。最好的办法是暂离市场一段时间，等钱回来再入市。
只有两种情况我止损：重大消息出现使股价飙升（做空）或者腰斩（做多）时。这样的情况也不要马上止损，回调（做空）或反弹（做多）后再割。

I read this many times before entering stock market, but still didn't apply it until I learned it from market in a hard way by lossing 50%...

I guess newbie will never learn until someday.

If you are asking me for my trading plans, well, unfortunately I am not an experienced trader. Let alone being a good technician.

But, I do manage risk for about 30+ hedge funds with collective asset of about 60+ billion USD.

Just want to share my thoughts.
