The rally is conflicted

This rally lacks a base and it lacks volume; SPX is up over 20% without a significant pullback; it appears the only thing driving this move is taxpayer $ being thrown at the damaged economy. I see indicator divergence warnings all over my intraday charts; the VIX is still > 42, and yet the dips are still being bought and the Dow is up 350+.

Volume is not super high, but ok. But after all price says everything. The fact is it's up 20%+, no matter what.
