If you just count the people who are either recovered or dead, you get a death rate of about 60%.

For example, up to yesterday, 106 death/(106 death + 80 recovered) = 57%

Case fatality rate is calculated by dividing the number of deaths from a specified disease over a defined period of time by the number of individuals diagnosed with the disease during that time;

You should give the infected enough time, for example, 30 days after diagnosis, not just a very short time.
