When the market is down, guessing/catching the bottom is dangerous. When the market is up, guessing the top is dangerous too. risk management is the key.

By the way, in 1932, the government isn't doing crasy like now.

You can not catch the bottom in the first place.  Normally you knew the bottom after that.
For your question,  It is point to down side when  Naz first reached bottom in 10/2002,   ...
