今天咋一看TLT快跌到一个临时底了，不过IEF却刚刚开始跌
再等等，观望中

我指的是 mutual funds.  thestreet.com， 有推荐， 然后到 morningstar.com 核实 是 5 star，no-load， low cost （expense ratio），low minimum investment  requirement（$3000， $2500, NOT $100,000 or even higher)， relative higher sec-yield etc. etc.

要自己做足功课。
