WASHINGTON -- Millions of Americans may be closer to a third round of stimulus payments as the U.S. House of Representatives is expected to vote on a $1.9 trillion COVID relief bill that was passed by the U.S. Senate on Saturday. While an official vote on the bill hasn’t been announced by the House, CNN reports House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer said in a statement the body will vote Monday night to consider the bill and is expected to vote on the actual bill Tuesday.
