According to Cobra that when MKT bottomed. ( MKT would constantly drop like there was no tomorrow, Selloff was caused by scare or fear)
Who ever remember that whether there was any big event occured during the Oct 2003 when MKT bottomed, and this event caused fear among the people and brought about the selloff.  And the MKT  bottom happened.

I do think that when Lehman fell apart, there was fear and scare. MKT did selloff the following Mon.

nothing happened during that bottom.  Market just kept dropping.  That is why many investors think we have not seen the real capitulation yet.
