中投认购澳最大地产信托公司5亿澳元优先股
新浪财经讯 北京时间8月7日上午消息，据国外媒体报道，中国投资有限责任公司(以下简称“中投”)已经认购澳大利亚最大房地产信托公司Goodman Group 5亿澳元优先股，另外该公司向机构投资者和现有投资者发行的13亿澳元股票已经被全额包销。　　Goodman曾经在今年6月16日发布公告称，中投承诺投资2亿澳元(约合1.61亿美元)参与麦格理银行牵头的融资计划，作为交易的一部分，Goodman将提供购买2.553亿股期权的选择权。有报道称，倘若中投公司行使相关期权，可能会持有Goodman共8%的股份。
　　Goodman旗下的资产组合主要是澳大利亚的商业房地产，也在全球一些房地产基金有投资。受房地产估值下降和证券市场疲软的拖累，Goodman在截至6月30日的财政年度净亏损11.2亿澳元，税后运营利润为4.08亿澳元。截至2008年底，Goodman旗下资产总额为213亿澳元(约合170.5亿美元)，总负债为40.7亿澳元(约合32.6亿美元)。(兴亚)

Goodman is a really good company, it has very good commerce property portfolio. I think it was a good deal. At least current share price is so cheap.

The only problem with this company is debt, and might be deflated commerce property market. They need to get fund to reduce debt.

It's a business, have to get best deal, best offer.

I have followed this company for a while, impressed by their property portfolio, management.
