也贴一个。刚跟apartment manager谈完续约的事情。房租比去年下调了15%。而且还是一个月内第二次下调。第一次给我的价钱比去年下调8%，今天去谈，我还没开口，就主动又降了。

That's may because more people are buying their own houses, which makes fewer people rent apartments. To keep their business, lower the rent or give more move in bonus.

Agree. 如果自己住的话，这个价格算是合理。但是做为投资，就很难说了。
