The status quo is not that nobody want to work, but there is no job available. I have several good friends, include me, all have strong engineering skills and experiences (10 years working experiences, undergraduated from the Ufrog, and PhD or MS in the US), but there is no opportunity for these people. Most of the new graduates from the top schools (HYP, MIT, Duke ...) also cannot find job this year.

Because it is not an individual issue, the political solution is a must. In fact, I suggested that the government should use high income tax and remove sales tax to setup a break time in the economy, that can discourage the people to work, slow down the productivity and increase the employment. If those people who have job don't like it, they can quit their job and we can replace them and feed them.
