How to find the start of a powerful trend?

Everyone is dreaming to find a stock at the beginning of a powerful trend. How to find this kind of stocks? Go to the weekly chart: look for stock's price closes above the upper line of the Bolinger Band at high volume and Bolinger band's bandwidth is changed from narrow one to open one. At close of each Friday, I use my program to scan this kind of stocks. All powerful stocks start from here. Do your own check.
