minyanville.com/businessmarkets/articles/Trading-Radar-earnings-economic-reports-stock/10/1/2010/id/30361?camp=syndication&medium=portals&from=yahoo
Even though the fourth quarter technically begins today, October 1, next week’s earnings events should really kick it off. Traders will be watching for reports from Mosaic (MOS), Alcoa (AA), YUM Brands (YUM), Costco (COST), and Monsanto (MON).
Moving on to economic reports, watch for the ISM services on Tuesday followed by the Jobs report on Friday. Also, for currency and metal’s traders, watch for rate decisions coming out of the ECB, Bank of England, and the Reserve Bank of Australia.
