Nationalist groups march through Warsaw each year to mark the anniversary of Polish independence, but for the fourth year in a row the procession turned violent.

A woman, who underwent a sterilization surgery at a government mass sterilization camp, sits in hospital bed at Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences (CIMS) hospital in Bilaspur, in the eastern Indian state of Chhattisgarh. The doctor whose sterilization of 83 women in less than three hours ended in at least a dozen deaths.
