Alec Baldwin's diatribe against the state of airline travel is getting him in hot water on solid ground.
After being kicked off an American Airlines flight Tuesday for refusing to stop playing a game on his cell phone, Baldwin sounded off against U.S. air carriers, saying they have made flying a "Greyhound bus experience."
Needless to say, the bus company isn't pleased.
"I don't know if he's ever been on one of our buses (it doesn't sound like it), but there are about 17.6 million people who travel with us every year who I'm sure wouldn't share [his] feelings," a rep for Greyhound Lines told TMZ.
The rep added, "I don't know why he's mentioning Greyhound, but we take pride in our safe and enjoyable service."
Baldwin made the comments Wednesday in a piece published on the Huffington Post. He apologized to passengers for delaying the flight, but did not apologize to American Airlines or the flight attendant involved in the incident. |
