从2000开始，我们经历了一场18年的暴涨，现在应该已经是接近尾声了。我们学习了整个市场是怎么涨的，基本上是可以说是轮涨：最好的地区学区房型先涨，到最后垃圾股飞上天。

那个时候，我们对独立屋的定性是：有稀缺性，供不应求，会永远涨。而对Condo则是不屑的，理由很多：没有稀缺性，管理费是个大问题，大部分人持有Condo不会超过5年。

然而现在呢，独立屋的性质变了吗？Condo的问题不存在了吗？答案是都没有。

那么为什么Condo会热销呢？在我看来，其他千万个理由都不重要，重要的只有一个：炒。

top 4 destinations for Chinese students, US, Canada, UK, and Australia. I saw somewhere, last year US had 400K +,  Canada had 230K plus. Regardless, for Canada, when they come, where you think will have the most, obviously Toronto. Plus students all over the world, India, south asia, etc, etc. You must see lost of Indian young students theses days.

And condo only had a major run since the spring of 2017! 侬脑子瓦特了？
