倒闭也没啥影响吧，股票都是登记在你名下的，就算券商倒闭，也不影响你的股权

难道券商可以私自卖你的股票？还是券商倒闭你持有的股权就消失了？那上市公司怎么办？

应该不会倒闭。只是以防万一。赔偿是可能需要很久的。
