Candidate will be able to architect, design, and develop Enterprise software solutions for Cross Country. This includes but is not limited to leading a small team, generation of software architectures and designs, software development, telephony integration, and H/W-S/W integration. Duties will include leading small highly talented engineers, creation of software specifications, architectures, low level designs, and development of software. Candidate will work within a cross-functional product development team through all steps of the software development process to produce high quality software and robust products that fully meet customer requirements.

This is an ideal job for a person who is very passionate about technology and who is willing and able to deliver technical solutions to business problems. The person should be willing and able to learn new technologies and know how to adapt new technologies. The person should be able to review the design/ code for any fundamental flaws or any coding/security violations against the agreed upon best practices/guidelines. Further the candidate should be able to influence the team to make those changes on a timely fashion.

Some of the key projects the candidate may work on this year includes but not limited to - .NET 3.5 migrations, TFS enterprise rollout, Overseeing Gateway implementations (Mobile, VIMS, Roadside) and CTI evaluations.
